Life Flight is a charity that holds a special place in the hearts and minds of the community.  They provide a world class emergency air service, which since 1975, has helped more than 40,000 people in their time of need.

Without the generous support of the community, Life Flight simply wouldn’t be here today. The community is relied upon to fund 52% of the annual costs so the crew can do what they do best – save lives.

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, Marketing and Communications, you will personally front key current and prospective supporters to nurture and grow these vital relationships for Life Flight and will be a key contributor to a team which raises more than $8million per annum to ensure lives can continue to be saved via Life Flight’s services.

You will be tasked with spearheading the growth of the Major Gifts and Gifts in Wills programmes for Life Flight. This involves various activities such as product development, prospect research, making personal asks, achieving conversions, ensuring stewardship, and providing recognition.

You will apply best practice principles of relationship building, portfolio management, prospect research and data management to maximise outcomes. Key to your success will be your exceptional face to face relationship building and networking skills, combined with your tenacity, resilience and demonstrated ability to influence at a senior level.

Life Fight is a vital life-saving service, providing increasingly necessary rapid access to medical care for those most in need in our local community. This is your opportunity to join a team of highly trained, passionate, and dedicated people whose fundraising efforts help to ensure that their mission endures.

This is full time, permanent opportunity with some flexibility to work from home.
