Corporate Services Administrator
This role provides administrative support to Life Flight’s Fundraising, Marketing and Communications (FMC) and Corporate Services (CS) teams. Responsibilities include processing donations, responding to general enquiries, coordinating outgoing mail, and welcoming visitors. The role also supports day-to-day office operations such as answering calls, handling incoming mail, and assisting with office supplies and property needs. The ideal candidate has strong data entry skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, can-do approach suited to the not-for-profit environment.
