Life Flight

The Westpac Chopper Street Appeal is taking place on Thursday May 2nd, and we would be deeply grateful for your help.

We’re looking for volunteers throughout Wellington, Wairarapa, Kapiti and Marlborough, who can gift a few hours of their time to keep the local Westpac Chopper in the air, saving lives. If you can spare some time, joining in our street appeal is a wonderful way to have fun, connect with the local community, and raise vital funds.

We would love to have you on the team for this year’s appeal. If you’re curious, as a chopper appeal collector, you will:

• Engage with your local community. You might hear heartwarming stories of “when they flew my dad” or “that time they landed on my street”.
• Help raise awareness of the Westpac Rescue Helicopter throughout Wellington, Kapiti Coast, Wairarapa, and Marlborough.
• Raise much-needed funds to keep the crews flying. Last year over $20,000 was raised – help us surpass that next year!
