Pilot
In addition to all the flight details the pilots pay mind to, they ensure patients are safe and comfortable. This might mean an extra-soft landing for a patient with a spinal injury or maintaining stable air pressure for someone with a brain injury. All pilots are provided by AirFreight New Zealand.

Base lifter
With incubators and stretchers weighing over 100 kilos, the base lifters ensure the safety of our patients as we load and unload them onto our Air Ambulance Planes. -
Ventilator
The intensive-care ventilator helps patients breathe when they cannot do so themselves. -
Zoll monitor
The frequently used ZOLL Cardiac Monitor continuously monitors a patient's heart rhythm. Most patients are attached to the Zoll Monitor and their vitals are tracked throughout the flight. -
Stryker stretcher
This stretcher smoothly and safely transports patients in and out of the aircraft, with foldable legs and the ability to attach all necessary monitoring devices.
