Wellington Based Westpac Transports a Patient from Castlepoint

The Wellington Based Westpac Rescue Helicopter transported a medical Patient from Castlepoint in the Waiarapa this evening at 7:00pm 12 Jan 2011.

The Helicopter responded to Castlepoint with a Wellington Free Ambulance Paramedic onboard.

The patient was a 18yr old female from Masterton suffering from a Medical condition.

She was flown to Wellington Hospital where she is being assessed and treated for her condition.
