Wellington Based Westpac Rescue Helicopter transports a Medical Patient form Paraparaumu Airport

The Wellington-based Westpac Rescue Helicopter transported a medical Patient from Paraparaumu Airport today at 3:00pm 11th Feb 2011.
The Helicopter responded with a Wellington Free Ambulance Paramedic onboard and landed at the Paraparaumu Airport.
The patient was a 36 year old Female from Lower Hutt and was transported to the Airport by a Wellington Free Ambulance.
The patient was flown to Wellington Hospital emergency department where she is being assessed and treated.
