Wahine
The inter-island ferry Wahine sinks in Wellington Harbour only a few hundred metres from shore.
While
watching the horror unfold, Peter Button realises that a helicopter
could have saved many of the 52 lives lost that day. The concept of a
local rescue helicopter service is born.
